Cut out the fuses that come on the power cables of the unit and black box. Run the power wires to a Perko switch with an inline fuse and the grounds straight to the terminal post of the battery. Run dedicated wires for the 93sv and GLS 10 black box so each device gets its own 10AWG power and 10AWG ground. When it comes to wiring this system up, we recommend using 10AWG marine grade wire. We do however, recommend purchasing the optional perspective mode mount to give you a third mode inexpensively. This package comes with all cables and hardware to plug-in-play and run Livescope on your boat. For many it's worth it, but if you can't justify the extra expense, this package will provide you a solid foundation to build upon. The Ultra's have much higher screen resolution that translates into a crisper, sharper image for the Livescope.

It depends as you have to justify it, but you do get what you pay for. Speaking of the Ultra's, we often get asked if it's worth stepping up to a 106 since it's substantially more than a 93sv. The Livescope will utilize that port, so if you're trying to network this unit to other units while running Livescope, you will either have to ensure the other units are Ultra's with two network ports or buy a GMS 10 box. One thing to consider with this unit is it only has one network port. It provides a high value with respectful features and specs for not a lot of money. This unit is the minimum that we recommend for running Livescope. This particular package comes with the Echomap 93sv fishfinder and includes the GT56 UHD transducer as well as the Livescope. These Livescope bundles are created from items hand picked by the experts at Russell Marine Products and will include everything you need to put the Garmin LiveScope System on your boat.
